Prior to establishing the firm in 1992, Mr. Lupia was a senior banker in Lehman Brothers’ energy group and held a variety of international and domestic finance positions at Exxon Mobil Corporation.  This rare combination of corporate finance, banking and industry experience is essential to providing outstanding services tailored to the demands of a complex industry.
